About Us

Let’s Talk Deliverabilit.ie is an open forum to talk all things deliverability and compliance.

We’re here to talk about the challenges we’ve faced and the lessons we’ve learned.

Our Philosophy

Deliverability and Compliance are skilled jobs that require a wide range of knowledge and skills for success.

Deliverability and Compliance professionals benefit from access to a wide community of peers.

Deliverability and Compliance professionals deserve a reliable, searchable source of knowledge.

Our Solution

Deliverability and compliance requires a lot of specialized and specific knowledge. We’re not marketers, but we have to know a lot about email marketing. We’re not engineers, but we have to know a lot of technical facts and details . We’re not support or client services, but we have to talk to customers and clients to solve their email problems.

The skills, tools and knowledge to allow deliverability and compliance professionals to succeed are widely documented across many blogs, websites and discussion spaces. This wide distribution makes it challenging to find information when needed. Additionally, much of the documentation is written by non-experts, or generative AI, and gets facts, both big and small, incorrect. There is a need for a community built and supported knowledge base.

Community is fundamental to succeeding as a deliverability professional. The “rules” change on a regular basis and it’s important to be able to network with each other. Without networking we don’t know if a problem is “just me” or if it’s something more global.

Over the years there have been a number of formal and informal spaces created for deliverability and compliance discussions. However, most of the existing informal spaces are invite or nomination only and this results in valuable voices being intentionally or accidentally excluded. There are formal, membership based, paid spaces widely used for networking and discussion as well. However, as a paid organization valuable voices are also excluded from that space. There are also instances where, due to a job change or company removal from the roster, active contributors to ongoing work have been removed. In some cases, this resulted in stalling of work to find a replacement leader.

This space is intended to supplement the existing communities by providing a space for more public discussion where anyone can join.
