Discourse categories are major divisions in discussions while discourse tags are ways to further refine and search for posts. As a community we have the ultimate flexibility in setting categories and tags to make it easy to find information, direct conversations and generally make the site more user friendly.
With the knowledge that this is going to evolve, we’re starting out with a few categories and how they’ll be used.

Delivery: Discussions about delivery issues and working with customers and clients.

Compliance: Discussions about compliance issues and working with customers. to get them to fix their problems.

Filters and Blocklists: Discussions about various filters and blocklist policies, listings and delistings. Tags used to identify the different filters and blocklists.

ISPs: Discussions of ISP policies, specific blocks by ISPs, which filters ISPs use. Tags used to identify the different ISPs.

Ask a question: A place to ask questions.

Resources: Useful resources and sites people use regularly, including answers to FAQs.
